This product works great, I have no issues with it. It heats up instantly and does a good job with natural hair. I would recommend the product to others. Also the company shipped it right away, had it in about 3 days.

I was interested in purchasing this product but there were no reviews up at the time. I emailed the store and recieved a response within a day. I ordered the product, received it on time in perfect condition. I have never owned a Straightener before this one I did alot of research. It does exactly what it says, I have owned it for more than 4 months now and it heats up everytime like a charm. My hair is soft and I can use it on my hair damp and it has never scorched it. I HIGHLY recommend this product and this store.
