Yes, you can absolutely use it on your skin. I get eczema in the winter, and this helps me tremendously. It’s a little oily if you apply it directly to your skin, so what I do is get the amount of lotion I would normally use and then add 2-3 drops of the silk therapy. I rub it in my palms and then apply.

It makes my legs feel fantastic after shaving, I love it! Sometimes when my cuticles get bad, I’ll also rub some of it directly onto my nails. I use it in my hair as well of course, but you have to remember that a little goes a looooooooong way!
