This is truly the best hair dryer I have ever used. It dries your hair so quickly. I never really really gave hair dryers much thought, but after using this one it will be hard to go back to any other. The only downfall is that is does get extremely hot if you leave it in one place on your head for too long… you learn quickly not to do that again. A wonderful product!

I would have returned this right after I used it for the first time, however there is NO return with this company where it was purchased from. This is the worst hair dryer I have ever had. After using it, my hair was frizzy, out of control, and looks like I had been at the beach all day. I am very proficient at styling my hair, but this is by far the worst hair dryer I have ever used. A complete waste of money.

I really like this blow dryer because it does dry my hair very fast and smooth. The only drawback is that it is kind of noisy and seems to vibrate in my hand. Still glad I got it at a great price.

I searched the internet for hours last year for the most highly rated hair dryer. This was it. My hair type is …crazy hair,meaning it is straight -curly- wavy and frizzy, basically “horrible hair” or horror hair. The chi tames it beautifully.
If you go to a popular auction site you can purchase this for less. I have one of these CHI Nanos but dont know which, but it looks like the photo. This thing really heats up and blows hard to get my hair silky smooth and straight in 10 minutes. I use the concentrator attachment. My hair looks better when I do it myself with the Chi than when the pros in the salon do it. When my daughter visits she purposely washes her hair just to borrow it. Luckily it has not died on me and I have not dropped it. I got so tired of buying the Conaire cheap hairdryers that made blow drying a real chore I treated myself to the Chi. I love it.
